Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your jiliganes account without notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliganes platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jiliganes platform without prior written consent from the Company.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliganes and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jiliganes platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
jiliganes does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, jiliganes's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
jiliganes shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, or PAGCOR regulatory directives.
jiliganes reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the direction of PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authorities.
You may close your jiliganes account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the account settings or by contacting jiliganes support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the jiliganes platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the jiliganes platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.
